Is there a consultation fee?+
No — consultation is always free. Initial inquiries via any channel, program walkthroughs, hangar tours, even detailed pricing breakdowns are all complimentary. The only paid introductory experience is a Discovery Flight, which is fully credited toward tuition if you enroll within 12 months.
Can I walk in without an appointment?+
You can, but an appointment is strongly recommended so we can have the right person meet you — admissions for program questions, head of training for technical questions, chief instructor for career advice. Walk-ins during peak flight operations may need to wait. WhatsApp us 30 minutes before you arrive and we'll hold time for you.
Do I need to speak English to apply?+
You need ICAO Level 4 English — conversational English sufficient for aviation radio communication — to start flight training. However, initial inquiries can be in any of the 10 languages we support. If your English isn't at Level 4 yet, we offer aviation English prep programs before formal enrollment. Most candidates who converse comfortably during consultation pass the Level 4 test easily.
Can my parents join the conversation?+
Absolutely — we encourage it. For young students, parents are part of the decision, and we have dedicated parent consultations covering safety (0 training accidents in 46 years), academic progression, and financial planning. We can schedule video calls that work across time zones and support parent-language conversations via AI translation.
What should I have ready before contacting you?+
Nothing at all for a first inquiry — we'll walk you through everything. But if you want a quick answer, it helps to know: your target program (or "not sure yet" works), rough timeline (when do you want to start?), whether it's career or hobby, and your nationality (affects visa/documentation). Never share financial details, passport numbers, or medical records in first contact — those come later through secure channels.
How quickly can I start after deciding?+
For Filipino students with documents in order: as soon as 2-4 weeks. For international students requiring visa and SSP processing: typically 6-8 weeks from confirmation. The process is: consultation → acceptance → medical → payment plan → visa/SSP (if applicable) → start date. We'll map the exact timeline during your consultation.
