Fly in the Philippines — on your own licence.
Continental Aero Flying School validates and converts your ICAO foreign licence with CAAP, and puts our Cebu fleet within reach through wet-hire. One team, from the paperwork to the takeoff.
CAAP-driven, facilitated end to end.
Validation and conversion are performed by CAAP. CAFS facilitates the whole process — document review, the required ground and flight elements, and submission — while the final validation and licence issuance are done by a CAAP examiner. Government and immigration fees are paid by you directly and transparently; CAFS invoices its own package only.

Wet-hire means fuel is included, with maintenance and insurance carried by CAFS. You fly; we cover the rest. Rates are built the same way every time, so a quote is easy to read and easy to compare.
Single vs multi-engine
A twin such as the Baron burns three to four times the fuel of a 172, so single- and multi-engine rates are quoted separately.
Block discounts
Charged per flight hour, with reduced rates for larger pre-purchased blocks of hours.
USD option for international pilots
A fuel component tracks avgas; international clients may be quoted in USD to hedge fuel and currency movement.
Instructor / examiner
If a validation flight or check requires a CAFS instructor or examiner, that is shown as a separate, clearly labelled line.
